How much notice do I require to book?

You can book any time, even on the day, at short notice. However, it is first come first serve. So to avoid disappointment it is best to book as early as possible. You can always cancel before time if plans change. No cancelation fee if cancelled 12 hours before booking time.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a minimum of 10% of the total order amount will be required to secure the order. If less than 12 hours cancellation time unfortunately, we will not be able to return the depoe the 10% deposit. However, this will be returned if cancellation is due to bad weather.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking if need be. We require a minimum 12 hour notice for cancelation to avoid losing your deposit. However, if the cancelation is due to bad weather then no cancelation fee.

Do you have a bad weather policy?

Yes. It is not safe to erect inflatables in bad weather. Therefore the booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be returned.

How much do the inflatables cost?

What is included in the price?

The price will include delivery, setting up and collection after the event. However, there may be an extra charge if you are out of our delivery area.

I Live outside of your delivery span. How much will it cost me for delivery?

Please call and you will be advised on the delivery charge. It is worth calling even if you are out of our delivery area as we may not charge depending on how far out you are.

How long can I keep the Inflatable for?

We normally deliver in the morning from 8am onwards and will then collect in the evening from 6pm onwards, although delivery and collection times can be arranged to suit your event.

Do you hire Inflatables overnight?

Yes we do. Please see our product pages for information on pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or personal cheques only. Personal cheques must be sent to us in advance in time for funds to clear.

Where can the Bouncy Castle be sited?

Either indoors or outdoors. If outdoors the inflatable must be sited on even grass. If indoors please make sure your venue has a high enough ceiling.

How much space is required?

Please refer to our inflatable page for the external dimensions of all our inflatables.You will need to allow an extre three feet to the front and sides of the inflatable, and six feet to the rear. Please also consider trees, washing lines or any other obstacles that may obstruct the unit when fully inflated.

Do I need to supply anything?

You will need to supply a standard domestic electricity supply within 50 metres of the intended site.

Who can use the Bouncy Castle?

Only children 12 years and under can use our children's Inflatables. Adults and children can use the family products. Please see our products page for age limits.

Does your company provide insurance?

As a hirer of inflatable equipment, it is of the utmost importance that we as a company are protected from any possible civil claim made against us, due to defective or poorly installed equipment.

With this in mind our company is covered by up to 5 million pounds worth of PLI (Public Liability Insurance).

It is very important to understand, however, that our insurance does not cover you, any member of your family or your guests if an accident occurs under normal operating conditions.

You must check to see whether you are covered by your own liability or personal accident insurance.

Many hire companies advertise as ‘Fully Insured’ and customers often assume they are fully covered too but this is almost never the case.

When are your inflatables available?

Our inflatables are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long do I get the equipment for?

Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 8 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6 pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit, it can be no later than 8 pm. For large events, delivery and collection times can be by arrangement.

Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstance this can be arranged.

How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

What if it rains?

Unfortunately the inflatables cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons. There is no cancellation fee as long as you re-arrange to have your chosen inflatable on another day.

Can the inflatable be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

On average, a bouncy castle takes approx 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which inflatable you hire and where it is located.

How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a approximately 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Our employees will not be able to tidy your garden for you, so if your garden is not ready, they will have to go onto their next delivery.

When I hire an inflatable is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply within 50 metres of the inflatable, also for garden hires you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

What if I haven’t got a power point nearby?

If you don’t have power nearby, then you can either hire a generator from us or provide your own generator to power the blower. All of our blowers are 1.1Kw, so would need a 3Kva generator to power each one.

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our children’s inflatables are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14. Adult inflatables are suitable for any age. If you’re not sure, please contact us.
